Event Manager - part-time / Full-time (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement for our events team as of 01.05.2026 and are looking for an "Event Manager (m/f/d)" in part-time designed for 20 hours with the intention to expand to full-time from 01/27. Your focus with us lies in the organization of trainings, the support of events and specialist conference.

• Central Participant Management for our Trainings:

  • Workflow-Control: Responsibility for the entire registration process

  • Support-Interface: First-level-support for participant inquiries

  • Communication around trainings in cooperation with Sales

• Back-Office & Logistics-Control:

  • Digital Learning Worlds: Maintenance of the webshop & the partner pages

  • Trainer-Management: Feedback, quality checks, statistics and monitoring of deadlines for trainers

• Data Management & Quality Assurance:

  • Reporting: Creation of participant lists, utilization statistics and budget overviews

  • Evaluation: Preparation of the results for the team leadership

  • Certification: Monitoring, support and evaluation of the certification periods and -matters

• Planning and Organization of the Trainings:

  • Annual Planning of the trainings

  • Location-Management: Search, booking and administration of the training locations

  • Support and Follow-up of the trainings

• Support in the organization of our events, such as conferences, webinars and industry events

• A degree or completed training in the event sector or a comparable qualification
• Good to very good written and spoken English- and German skills (At least B2)
• A structured and independent way of working
• Willingness to learn and an open and communicative attitude
• Relevant work experience is an advantage
